Insurance & Billing

Advanced PT accepts Medicare and nearly all commercial insurance plans. We will verify coverage with your insurance carrier before treatment and explain anticipated costs, especially in regards to amount owed for copays and deductibles. When we verify your insurance coverage, it is only a quote, not a guarantee that your insurance provider will pay. We encourage you to call your insurance company to determine the exact benefits your plan provides in the rare instance that Advanced PT is not given accurate information by the insurance company.

During your course of treatment, please inform the staff of any insurance changes and provide them with a copy of your new insurance card.  Most insurance plan deductibles start over at the beginning of the new year, however some plans change mid-year.  Advanced PT is not responsible for identifying any changes in your coverage during the course of treatment. If your benefits do change, please notify our staff.
